2）DETERMINE YOUR NEEDS

     Tell us the details of the service you need e.g, type of kimono, date, etc.

     

     Information on Kimono
     We will prepare the kimono you have chosen on the date of your booking.

     If you send us pictures of the hair style you would like, we will try to match your request.

     Information on Photographers/ Videographers

     The photographer/ videographer will be shown on the same day if you purchase shooting package.

     Clearly define the type of photography you need & consider the photography style you prefer

3）CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
 

     Pay a Deposit
     After paying 50% of the total deposit, the reservation date is made.

     (no refund within 7 days of the reservation date)

     (no change of date or cancel booking within 7 days of the reservation date)

     Receive Confirmation

     You will receive a confirmation email of your booking.

4）PREPARE FOR THE SHOOT
     If you need to see the real object before the date of confirmation, we can make other arrangements

     If you wish to have a trial fitting in advance 1 hr for £20 consultancy fee.

​

5）ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT

     Please come to the venue at the confirmation date & time by the order on time.

     Stay relaxed, keep natural and enjoy the experience during the shoot.

     1.5~2 hours for preparation of the hair styling & Kimono dressing for 1 person. 

​     Please ensure an adult is present to supervise child.

     Should the child fail to cooperate during the session, resulting in our inability to complete the service, we shall not be held liable.

​

     Our Kimono dresser will prepare the whole set of Kimono & help customer to dress properly. 
(*note*) £10 Transport cost will be made on different area.

(*note*) £50 additional cost for Long distance, early morning preparations

6）PAYMENT 
     The remain payment can be made by bank transfer or card of the day after completion

     The kimono is returned on the same day. This photography service is proposed to save time and minimise the risk of staining the kimono.

7)  DELIVERY AND FOLLOW-UP

     After the shoot, confirm the timeline for receiving the photos/ videos in digital files.
